Simple Rules for Good Storage
1. Due to extreme seasonal temperature and humidity changes, proper air circulation is necessary for good storage conditions. DO NOT put humidity sensitive or absorbent material directly on the concrete or tight to the walls. This will cut off air circulation. Examples: cardboard, cloth, fine wood furniture, etc.
2. Doors should be opened on a regular basis to allow for good air exchange.
3. DO NOT stack materials in a manner that could crush lower items. Cardboard boxes are not designed to support loads.
4. Proper placement of articles being stored is the responsibility of their owner, not the management of this facility. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pest control is done on a regular schedule, however it is recommended that the tenant may take further measures.
Please contact the management with any concerns or inquiries.
